Bought a blend jet they recalled the unit and have not received a replacement. I get that a company has to make money but they have my money and I have no product for almost a year!
The company really failed at this recall.
You know they are selling product left and right. They lost a customer but I guess they really dont care.

I would not recommend this company. My Blendjet is part of the recall in which they require you to destroy the unit to qualify.
I have received multiple canned email responses regarding my inquiries and empty promises that the situation will be resolved.
I have filed a complaint with the BBB and my state's attorney general. I still have not received a resolution.

Recall order not filled after 30 40 50 requests I lost count
I filled out the recall. The serial number was determined to be on the recall list and was accepted with the promise of receiving a new base and a new gasket.
Order was placed and accepted. Blend Jet recall order filled. But after numerous emails requesting the shipping information I got nothing, except being bounced to another site to see their ads for stuff that's available to purchase. At this point, I would never buy another blend jet again because of the trouble, frustration, and anger I have had trying to get the shipping information.
Then they emailed me claiming it has been shipped. I NEVER RECEIVED THE RECALL REPLACEMENT! Then they emailed again claiming the shipment was canceled and I had been refunded. I was NEVER REFUNDED.
And I'm still wondering why I destroyed the gasket and threw out the base when blend jet does not live up to their recall replacement policy. They should be sued because of the recall. They are not filling orders for the recall. People are destroying and tossing out their blendjet base and gasket without receiving the replacement, but rather getting ads to buy a brand new one.
This company sucks big time. I wish I was an attorney or had the money to hire an attorney, as I would sue this company for all of their lies, and my ongoing frustration!

I couldnt get anyone on the phone. My blender isnt working and I just brought and never use it.
I just want to be able to make a healthy smoothie. Maybe I should return and buy a cheaper one

No reply from company about having a blender which has been recalled
I sent pictures of model number-emailed them and absolutely no response from blendjet. I think its horrible that something so dangerous to our health(blades can break off little pieces) and ignore people is bluntly irresponsible. I would like to know if there is a class action suit and if not why isnt there, they are putting their greed before the health of their customers SHAME ON THEM!!!

This company does not replace the base which meant all the criteria and was accepted and promised a shipment. Only to receive months and months of ads and then finally months later they claimed it was
This company does not honor their recall program. They email you that it's shipping.
They do not provide shipping information. Months and months later they claim it's shipped. That same day they claim they canceled shipment. Then they refund you to a gift card that was destroyed two years ago.
So I did not receive a replacement for the recall that was accepted it had the correct serial number and met all the criteria. And after months of questioning where is my shipment they finally say oh it's shipped today. Oh no never mind we sent you a refund to a gift card that doesn't exist. Terrible service ridiculous company in the months and months I sent emails to them when I clicked on the talk to somebody button it sent me over to here buy a new blend jet.
So after months of frustration the only thing I have sitting on my kitchen counter is the top with no base and no gasket and I refuse to ever buy another product from this company that tells lies and lies and lies. And promises and then more promises and more promises followed by many more lies.
User's recommendation: DON'T BUY BLEND JET PRODUCTS. THEY DON'T KEEP THEIR PROMISES TO REPLACE THE RECALLED BASE AND GASKET AFTER THROWING THEM OUT. When you email them for the status of the shipment and shipping information they bounce you over to an ad to buy a new blend jet. After months and months of frustration they finally say your product has shipped. And later that day they send you another email saying we did not ship we canceled that shipment and your gift card that was thrown out 2 years ago. Has been refunded so literally they lose nothing you lose a product that you would never purchase again and you gain months and months of frustration. My blend jet was working just fine and now I wish I would have just kept it till it caught on fire and then I would have sued the company.

For the recall, I destroyed my BlendJet even though it was working fine. I sent in the necessary photos, but my order# 450**** remains marked as "received".
Shame, it was a good product, but this is really poor customer service.

I am another unhappy customer still waiting for replacement bases after submitting a claim 6 months ago. It is unfortunate that the company continues to release new designs and products in advance of replacing the recalled items.
At this point, Im considering tossing my remaining blender parts as they are now useless and taking up room in my cabinet. Ive reached out to customer service a few times and have gotten no where.
These blenders were not cheap, and I expected better from this company after Ive been patient this long. I will not be purchasing from this company again.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. After leaving my complaint on pissed consumer, blendjet finally reached out to me and offered to expedite a replacement.
So, after 6 months of waiting, several emails, and a complaint, I got my blendjet. Thank you

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They sent me another jar, but the same weak design.I believe that BlendJet just has poor quality control
As mentioned in other reviews, it's worth noting that the jars are not dishwasher safe and cannot handle hot liquids above 120 degrees F.
This limitation is a clear indicator of the low quality of materials used in crafting these jars. It's truly disheartening and reflects a poor decision on the part of the manufacturer. In stark contrast, my 10-year-old Magic Bullet jar has remained intact without any signs of wear and tear like those evident on the BlendJet jars.
Additionally, I encountered issues with the bottom seal, which began to leak. Despite my attempts to tighten it, the moment the arrows misalign, the blender stops working altogether.
Moreover, over-tightening only accelerates the deterioration of the already fragile screw threads.
Overall, my experience with the BlendJet portable blender has been marred by these quality issues, making it a regrettable investment.
It is also dangerous to us any product like this where you can easily turn it on with the cap off, while casually turning the jar while gripping the base and power button! What a mess!!

You asked me cut the gasket up for recall. Afterward never replaced the base.
It's been way too long to solve this problem. Terrible customer service.

Fedex delivered me an empty package. I ordered a 20oz cup from blendjet and never received it.
I tried to call and email blendjet with no luck at all. I also contacted Fedex customer service about my stolen item and they were no help at all.
I paid for route protection for my item and still didn't receive it. I took pictures

Verified ReviewerRecall acknowledged Jan 12, 2024. Contacted them in July. Now it is October 15. No replacement received.
Order 412**** was assigned as an acknowledgement to a recall notice on January 12, 2024. I have waited patiently after learning that the replacements would be sent within 4 to 6 weeks.
Obviously, that didn't happen. I contacted them by email on July 14, 2024. They responded with basically the same thing they have been saying all along - supply chain problems, yada yada.
It is now October 15, 2024 and there's still no Blendjet. In the meantime, one advertising email has been arriving with an average of about one every two days.

They have not sent the part which they made me destroy due to a major and dangerous flaw in that part!
Was told to destroy a part, send proof if destruction and then a replacement part would be sent to me. The part never came
