How Good is BlendJet's Customer Service?
Excellent customer service! The first time I got a call back from a guy in India, which was not helpful but the second time I was impressed how efficient they were!
I have yet to hear back from them! No response!
this is the second blendjet that has failed after approximately 15 uses. This is the second time a customer representative has failed to return a request for a call back after making the request. I asked for the call back to be anytime after 12:00 "PST" to insure not missing the call. It never came!
No communication with customer service
She was very polite. But, she never sent the email to me that will give me some ways to try and fix it.
