What customer service?

My blend jet stopped working all of a sudden, I called the 1800 number to trouble shoot or find out if its still under warranty, and the number was literally just busy. I hung up and tried again, same thing. I wrote them an email, still waiting for a response.

Poorly made product and poor customer service

Poor customer service. They have a phone number but recording states continuously phones are closed. Does not break down simple small piece objects like it should.

Recall not received

Yes Ive emailed numerous times because I still have not received my blendjet replacement from the recall and I sent pictures showing I destroyed the one I had as I was instructed. This is so wrong on Blendjets part as I could have still been using mine as i did this at the beginning of this year. Very poor customer service and never a response.I would like my replacement and an answer.

For the recall, I destroyed my BlendJet even though it was working fine. I sent in the necessary photos, but my order# 450**** remains marked as "received".
Shame, it was a good product, but this is really poor customer service.

I am not satisfied with your blender at all. I think this is the second time I had to return it. I had it for four months and I don’t know when I got it before, but I had to return it. I’m not happy with this at all.

I sent a negative response because I thought they could not hold a charge. Then I read the directions. The arrows have to be lined up once we did that everything was groovy. I sincerely apologize for the bad review. I love them.

I was not able to speak to a person because there was no one there at the time. I have been emailing since December to have the defective part replaced. every email I received in return said that it was on back order and then I get an email saying that I should order the ones that are on sale.
