New ReviewerCompany fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Product was shipped and recieved. Satisfaction of order has been completed.
They have sent notice there is a USPS label created for shipment. This label was created in 10 November 22.
I expected this for Xmas gifts. I got notice they were filling the order and would ship last week. Come to find out the order to be shipped is not the right items, they will still owe me another blendjet, and it seems they won't reply to my email request for an update. I have contacted them by email many times.
There is no phone number to make a call to customer service. The company is a fraud for product. My next move is BBB and report them directly. As it shows from many postings, they are not shipping products but taking money.
The promise to send.my products as inconvenience in a next business day. This is a fraud and the products have yet to be shipped. I'm going to cancel my order. This is the worst customer service in the world.
You can only email them, that is a problem all itself. My suggestion is not to order at all.
Find a new gift for your family. See the attached messages.
User's recommendation: Don't Buy IT.
Monetary Loss: $180.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
BlendJet Pros: Seems like a good product.
BlendJet Cons: Lie about shipping your product by creating a usps label.

I have called this number and there is no one returning calls. This is a myth and fraud to communicate in virtual space.
No one will ever call. They still suck at sending products ordered. I got an email stating they were giving me $18.07 as a gesture for being 3 months late shipping my products.
The order still hasn't been processed. I got an excuse that COVID shut them down. But they had the nerve to get my money and not sending my product. The fake USPS label showing the pakcage wsa wrapped up for shipping is false.
After I got the email. I responded and there was no response again. Like nobody is working or listening to the emails submitted. They never address the issue of not sending the package, and that is the problem.
I asked the direct question, when shall my package be shipped that was ordered in Nov 23? No one is responding to that issues. But they are working to take money from consumers with no shipping of products. They are giving the fake impression of package shipped by creating a USPS lable and then sending your update that the pacakge has been shipped.
This is false advertising and after this last attempt. I will initiate credit card fraud and get a refund. Plus, I will report to BBB and to my State Attorney. Im sure there are others with the identical problem.
I just want the product paid in full to be shipped by the order number # 281****. Whom, ever is replying to these post.
