I ordered the product in Valentines offer with the bag. The day I received the parcel it was fine however the next day when I tried to make shake it was not working.

I thought the battery was down so I charged it again to use but it was not working.

So I tried to contact the customer service and mailed as well however I didnt get any response yet. I like to wxchange the product
