New ReviewerI just want a refund at this point. Been waiting for a month and the fact that it takes you guys a whole week to reply with an email that has no information about my order is kinda hard for me.
My order is not even out for delivery yet so i think i'm fully eligible for the refund. I'm kinda disappointed though cause i was so excited when i ordered it... Im actually so done of writing an email over and over again so i just copied this one from the email i wrote to them with no reply from them...
And please yall always say someone will assist you further but it's a straight up lie. I actually legit want someone to assist me and refund me PLEASE...
User's recommendation: DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Monetary Loss: $87.
Preferred solution: FULL REFUND AND A REAL PERSON TO CONTACT ME.
BlendJet Cons: Whole week just to reply with an email that has no information.
