Posted 10 seconds ago Nice Chinese manufactured blender and both worked well for a few months and *** out. Called for replacement but they only offer 20% for a new one. The main point to be made here is dont expect it to be reliable for any length of time and these two were only used a few times a week at the most. There are several other portable blenders we are looking into although I am sure all of them are manufactured in China. For me its not the cost its the quality and reliability especially when we are traveling. The catch name BlenderJet is just a name but inferior complonents. I too opened it up and one of the 2 batteries was leaking and discolored. Poor customer service policy and poor reliability is biggest complaint. Would be ok with higher priced more reliable model but definitely would not recommend these!

I plugged my Blendjet to be charged and tried to use it after 30 minutes and it did start. I tried again after it charged for 2 hours and still nothing. I tried one final time this morning when I woke up and it still didnt work.

Hello, We're sorry to hear that you're having some issues with your blender but we're happy to help. That flashing purple light means that your blender is in lock mode.

You'll find more info about this in the instruction insert that we send out with each blender. You can exit lock mode the same way that you entered lock mode. Just hold the button down for about 3 seconds or until the light flashes blue 3 times. In order to blend, you only need to push the button one time, quickly so that it doesn't get locked again.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Product was shipped and recieved. Satisfaction of order has been completed.

They have sent notice there is a USPS label created for shipment. This label was created in 10 November 22. I expected this for Xmas gifts. I got notice they were filling the order and would ship last week. Come to find out the order to be shipped is not the right items, they will still owe me another blendjet, and it seems they won't reply to my email request for an update. I have contacted them by email many times. There is no phone number to make a call to customer service. The company is a fraud for product. My next move is BBB and report them directly. As it shows from many postings, they are not shipping products but taking money. The promise to send.my products as inconvenience in a next business day. This is a fraud and the products have yet to be shipped. I'm going to cancel my order. This is the worst customer service in the world. You can only email them, that is a problem all itself. My suggestion is not to order at all. Find a new gift for your family. See the attached messages.

They still suck at sending products ordered. I got an email stating they were giving me $18.07 as a gesture for being 3 months late shipping my products.

The order still hasn't been processed. I got an excuse that COVID shut them down. But they had the nerve to get my money and not sending my product. The fake USPS label showing the pakcage wsa wrapped up for shipping is false.

After I got the email. I responded and there was no response again. Like nobody is working or listening to the emails submitted. They never address the issue of not sending the package, and that is the problem.

I asked the direct question, when shall my package be shipped that was ordered in Nov 23? No one is responding to that issues. But they are working to take money from consumers with no shipping of products. They are giving the fake impression of package shipped by creating a USPS lable and then sending your update that the pacakge has been shipped.

This is false advertising and after this last attempt. I will initiate credit card fraud and get a refund. Plus, I will report to BBB and to my State Attorney. Im sure there are others with the identical problem.

I just want the product paid in full to be shipped by the order number # 281****. Whom, ever is replying to these post.

Overall, this blender works just fine for what I need it for. However, I did pay too much and there are a few design flaws. 1. When using ice in the blender the sweat on the outside of the cylinder makes it hard to hold. A textured strip would make this more convenient. 2. An on off switch! Yes, you can lock the blades, but if you forget and while drinking you hit the button the liquid goes everywhere! What a mess to clean up! 3. A warning that overtightening the lid causes the seal in the lid to buckle and cause leaks. Make sure it's snug, but do not over tighten! And my last comment is that this unit is definitely overpriced - I saw TEMU has a similar one for about 80% less money! So shop around!

I ordered a BlendJet online and received a damaged item. I immediately emailed BlendJet support and even included a picture of the damaged blender which had a nasty crack at the bottom, asking them to send me a replacement and how to return the damaged item. Their robotic reply was "we will get back to you in a couple of days". One week later, I have NOT received a reply. I emailed them again and even left a voicemail at their customer service number--- STILL no reply or response. However, they were prompt in blasting me with spam emails and even sent me a review request to tell them "how was I loving my new BlendJet?" Of course, I wrote an honest review of how TERRIBLE their product and their customer service have been so far, but I knew that won't even get posted. I believe they just want to run out the 30-day return/refund window for an item that I never used because it was damaged to begin with. I regret having bought this in the first place, and now I'm looking at options of how I can get my money back, like disputing the charge with my bank because I got a damaged item that the vendor refuses to replace or refund.

I just want a refund at this point. Been waiting for a month and the fact that it takes you guys a whole week to reply with an email that has no information about my order is kinda hard for me. My order is not even out for delivery yet so i think i'm fully eligible for the refund. I'm kinda disappointed though cause i was so excited when i ordered it... Im actually so done of writing an email over and over again so i just copied this one from the email i wrote to them with no reply from them... And please yall always say someone will assist you further but it's a straight up lie. I actually legit want someone to assist me and refund me PLEASE...
