Part of the recall from 2023. It's the end of 2024 and I have never received my base. I've never received an update, can't call, responses from emails are computer-generated and always the same.

Verified ReviewerResolved: 7 MONTHS AND NOTHING YET!!!
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. FINALLY, after almost nearly 8 MONTHS of waiting, emailing back and forth, and getting nothing but excuses and run arounds, I FINALLY got my replacement base!
It arrived today, and I'm charging it now.
The blades look thicker and stronger. Hopefully the replacement lasts longer than the original.
It's been 7MONTHS now and NOTHING!!! Yes, nothing but runarounds, excuses, and loads of BS! Meanwhile they are selling their Blendjets in their online store, in all different colors, and I've seen them in Target, Kohls, and Walmart! Why can't they send me a freaking replacement already?!
I bought it in good faith, used it without any issues, but because of the recall, I cut up the gasket as instructed and sent in the information.
Incidentally, I wanted a specific color replacement, but at this point I'll take whatever color they send me! I'd even take a check or a voucher and pick one up myself at the store!

Verified ReviewerMy blender blades broke off when I was using it!
I was making my morning shake, and the blender sounded funny. I stopped it and poured my shake into a glass.
I heard a clump noise and fished the blades out of my shake! The blade had sheared off while it was blending my shake. It doesn't qualify for the recall, and I only bought it in December 2023. They don't respond to phone calls.
It says that the number is down and to email them. I have, but I am not expecting much from them.
For the price of this blender, it should last more than 8 months. They should be put out of business.

My Blendjet that I purchased from Costco was recalled. Last June 10, 2024, I submitted my claim.
Per Blend Jet's response, it would only take 6 weeks for the replacement.
I tried calling Blendjet's customer service, but nobody is answering. Please send me the replacement part ASAP, so I can use my Blendjet.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Blendjet finally agreed to send out 2 new bases for our old Blendjets.
It took many many emails for this to happen but here's the thing, they should have done that in the first place! For me & everyone else involved in this scam.
Blendjet is taking absolutely no responsibility for it. Yet, they are still producing and selling new products to new customers.
Sadly, Blendjet is a scam—it is a con from the land of scams and cons. Also, Blendjet uses plastic parts, which have a very real potential for micro-plastics contamination mixing with the blends.

BlendJet responded and expedited the green replacement base. As of today, that green base is working well.I appreciate the efficient and quick customer service response from Melissa.However, the black replacement base that was shipped in March has failed after 3+ months.
Initially I rated BlendJet an excellent product. I now rate it poor - and do not recommend that anyone buy their product.
This has been six months!
I am out of patience and understanding - I just want the replacement that was promised for June. Where is it?

Bought two BlendJets as gifts. Found out they need to have a replacement base sent, so I followed the instructions for one of them.
That was March 26. I still have not received my base.
I have not sent out for the other replacement since it is with my son who is far away, and I have to wait for him to come home. I have emailed numerous times and have not gotten any adequate responses, but I'm still continuing to give them a barrage with emails, despite them selling to me.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement.
They wouldn't replace it with my original leopard print one; fine, we chose Lavender from the limited choices. Not ideal because we wanted leopard print, which was what made us order in the first place. It's been months now; they will not respond to inquiries for updated status of the replacement. So that was two disappointments from the company.
I wouldn't recommend this product at all, or this company.
It's a shame because this looked like it would be a handy, convenient blender, if it worked. My daughter was very excited about it, now it's just money spent and my daughter is without a gift received...

I sent in the necessary items in May 2024 in order to get a replacement. To date I am still waiting on the replacement.
I have reached out on numerous occasions to BlendJet. First they gave me the run around saying that the replacement will be sent shortly. Now they are saying they have no idea when the replacement will be sent. It has been just about 5 months, and I'm still waiting on the replacement.
This is unacceptable. They cannot say it's a supply shortage since I see them on the shelves in stores. It speaks volumes about what they think about their customers. They have stopped responding to my emails.
Also, every customer service phone number I've called is not in service.
I have purchased many as gifts and two for myself. I WILL NOT BUY AGAIN OR RECOMMEND.

12/31/2023, I destroyed my BlendJets and took a photo as I was instructed. Today, June 21st, 2024, it has been almost six months and I still have not received my replacement products.
Yet, they offer two-day free shipping to new customers. Why can't they just send me my BlendJet replacements as if I'm purchasing the product, then simply refund me and let me keep the new order?

I would not recommend this company. My Blendjet is part of the recall in which they require you to destroy the unit to qualify.
I have received multiple canned email responses regarding my inquiries and empty promises that the situation will be resolved.
I have filed a complaint with the BBB and my state's attorney general. I still have not received a resolution.

No reply from company about having a blender which has been recalled
I sent pictures of model number-emailed them and absolutely no response from blendjet. I think its horrible that something so dangerous to our health(blades can break off little pieces) and ignore people is bluntly irresponsible. I would like to know if there is a class action suit and if not why isnt there, they are putting their greed before the health of their customers SHAME ON THEM!!!

For the recall, I destroyed my BlendJet even though it was working fine. I sent in the necessary photos, but my order# 450**** remains marked as "received".
Shame, it was a good product, but this is really poor customer service.

I am another unhappy customer still waiting for replacement bases after submitting a claim 6 months ago. It is unfortunate that the company continues to release new designs and products in advance of replacing the recalled items.
At this point, Im considering tossing my remaining blender parts as they are now useless and taking up room in my cabinet. Ive reached out to customer service a few times and have gotten no where.
These blenders were not cheap, and I expected better from this company after Ive been patient this long. I will not be purchasing from this company again.
