My don't work
They should be aware of this product if you need help no help no reach out and you will be struck with a none working Blender
It just won't work. I just stop working no matter what.
It just doesn't work.
I watch the video and try everything, but nothing seems to work at all. You need a repair person that knows what to do.

I purchased new Blendjet but it not working

- - Ordered BlendJet 2 Feb 13; 466****.
- - Blender won’t turn on after unboxing and a 1.5h charge; still dead after 3 days; no support.
I ordered BlendJet 2 on 13th February from the BlendJet website. Order number 466****.
It was delivered on 20/2/2026 at 1:04 PM. Delivery was done by FedEx. In the evening, I opened the box and tried to turn on the blender, but it did not turn on. Then I put it on charge.
After charging it for 1:30 hours, I tried again, but it did not work. Then I tried after 3 days, but it did not work. Then I emailed the BlendJet company at support@***.com. There was no response from BlendJet.
I emailed again the next day, but there was no reply. I called but got no answer.

Blend jet not working after fully charged

Haven't used in a long time. Took out, charged fully, now get a only reduced and white flashing without o did love it but now it doesnt work after non-use for a few years, sad. Want to use it again!

My new Blendjet that I never even got to use, was recalled. I sent it in for a replacement on APRIL 6, 2024!
I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD BACK, NOR GOT A REPLACEMENT.
IF I DO NOT GET A REPLACEMENT IN THE NEXT WEEK, I WILL REPORT TO THE BBB. IVE BEEN WAITING MUCH TOO LONG!
THIS IS EXTREMELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

- - Three recalled blenders were gifts; photos of the damaged gaskets were sent.
- - A replacement request was made a year ago and remains unfulfilled.
No actions and no replies from BlendJet to my follow-up emails regarding its non fulfillment of commitment to replace the affected base of my 3 blenders. This company is unreliable and untrustworthy.
3 blenders I have given as a gift to my family were included in the recalled batch. I have sent the replacement request exactly a year ago after completing the recall instruction of sending a photo of the destroyed silicone gaskets of the 3 base blenders.
Up to this day and after multiple emails requesting the replacements, the company has yet to fulfill its commitment to replace my 3 affected blenders. It's so disappointing for a good product to have poor customer service, especially if you try to be a loyal client to them.

- - Replacement to take 2-6 weeks.
- - Support phone is disconnected and unreachable.
- - Customer cut seal due to fire risk and requests replacement or refund.
I contacted them directly and I have umpteen emails of them saying sorry that they can't send me a replacement yet. After they made me cut the seal and prove by photo that I did that because the Blend jets caught on fire. However, I know if I bought a new one, I would have one in a matter of 3 weeks.It has been over a year since I did that.
I have been emailing to inquire about the replacement BlendJet that was supposed to take 2 to 6 weeks. The phone number is now disconnected or out of service: 844-334-****.
Not working. You made me cut the seal because it could catch on fire. If I bought a BlendJet, I could get it in a couple of weeks. Now that you made me cut the seal, I can't get one?
This is crazy! Please send my replacement right now!
WTF! Or how about just send me my money back?
