Sending package to wrong address

Not good at all when I ordered my blendjet it went to my home that I no longer lived at in Tennessee I live in upstate NY could not get a hold of customer service I would call it would ring 2x and then hang up still trying to get my refund with no luck

Blendjet send package to wrong address its on the move to Tennessee I dont live in Tennessee and need them to send it to PO Box 24 Selkirk NY because I live in upstate NY not Tennessee pleas send me the Blendjet this a Christmas present for my Granddaughter & I already payed for it & would like to receive my order

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Company sent replacement product due to arrive Oct 23rd.

Did not receive replacement part. Received new Bloemfontein through the recall. It is not working.

Will Not turn off. Anoyed.

User's recommendation: You cannot speak to a live agent. My replacement part was sent to the wrong address. Also my replacement Blendjet will not turn off. No resolution.

In line with all the other reviews, my wife and I had enjoyed our BlendJets until the recall where we were astonished at the reason behind the recall. When we sent our BlendJets in, it said we would have to wait 6 weeks for our replacement bases.

To this day, it has been 4 months with no contact. We are looking to get back to blending but unfortunately cannot.

BlendJet... Help please?

I never received the replacement part related to the recall! Checking status.

At the end of Dec. 2023, you issued a recall instructing me to destroy a faulty (according to you) part of my Blendjet.

You promised to send the safe replacement part, which you confirmed would be shipped to me. I followed up in Feb. 2024 & once thereafter. I have never received the replacement part, nor have I heard from you, & the blender has consequently been inoperable (useless) since the end of 2023!

PLEASE ADVISE the status of my replacement part and SEND IT!!

This is ridiculous & I am on the edge of filing a very detailed complaint against you - online & with consumer agencies.

Please respond by return immediately. I think waiting a year is already beyond the pale.

I destroyed my BlendJet at the request of the company due to a recall months and months ago. I am still waiting for my replacement.

I've sent several emails.

No one is responding. I will not recommend this company to anyone as the customer service is horrible.

Part of the recall from 2023. It's the end of 2024 and I have never received my base. I've never received an update, can't call, responses from emails are computer-generated and always the same.

Never received blend jet 2 recall replacement base

I sent in Per protocol items requested for a recall blend jet in February of this year 2024 I never received the base. I was told several times beginning of the year that it was sent and on the way never received.

It is very difficult getting in touch with customer service.

The listed number does not answer 8445 88**** . Theres nowhere in your customer services assistant for recall products only sales and prompts to purchase.

I wanted a replacement BlendJet 2 and they wanted to charge me again. The BlendJet 2 was broken by the carrier.

I just wanted a FREE replacement. Now I want my credit card credited for $39.16.

Have been waiting since last March (2024) for my recall replacements! WHEN ARE THEY COMING?

I responded to the recall by cutting the gaskets, taking photos, and supplying all information on March 10, 2024. I am still waiting for the replacements, have sent several emails, and have not received any response. Am VERY FRUSTRATED!!!

Have not received recall replacement. It has been 6 months and nothing!

I responded to blendjet recall by destroying it, sending them the photo of it, as they requested, and have been waiting for replacement since April 2024! I have inquired on status several times getting same canned response that they are still working on it.

The item has damage; the USB connection has a problem. The blender has a small hole, then the USB wire is too big.

I cannot charge it, so the charging is not working. The website's customer service phone number is nonresponsive; every time I phone, they hang up. I am an 84-years-old woman and I do not know how to communicate online. Hence, I am stuck with a broken BlendJet.

I need to return it, but I don't know how to deal with this. In my whole life, every business and their customer service always talk to customers and they take care of customers in the first call.

I have been waiting for over seven months to receive a replacement unit due to a recall. I know the company has inventory because I continue to see many new units on store shelves. The company's phone line never connects you to a representative and always plays a pre-recorded message stating, 'Nobody is available to take your call.' I have emailed support multiple times, and they just keep insisting that they have no inventory.

Preferred solution: I asked Customer Service if I can pay the price difference for the South Park Blendjet unit (which I know is in stock) to replace my recalled one, but have received no response.

Recall order status

I filled out the recall for my blend jet a month ago I've gotten about 30 ads to buy a new blend jet on my email account but today I have received absolutely zero information on the shipment of a new base and a new. Received a message from Glenn jet that my order was filled click on the next page to see order information.

Get to the next page it says recall replacement canceled. Recall replacement refund. I don't want a refund I want to replacement. And they DID NOT GIVE ME A REFUND!!!

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THERE'S NO ONE CAN TALK TO ON THE PHONE, YOU HAVE TO EMAIL THEM AND WHEN I EMAIL THEM REGARDING THE RECALL THEY SEND ME TO A PAGE TO BUY A NEW BLEND YET WHICH I WOULD NEVER BUY ANOTHER IN MY LIFE BECAUSE THEIR POLICIES SUCK ON RECALLS! THEY PROMISE TO REPLACE THE ONE I THREW IN THE TRASH AND THEN THEY NEVER SENT IT.

THEY CLAIM THEY GAVE ME A REFUND, BUT I NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND! WHAT A SCAM!

Bad product and bad customer service

I bought a Blend Jet last year and was almost immediately notified about a recall. I had to cut the rubber gasket to prove to the company that I could no longer use it and requested a replacement part.

I was told that a replacement part would be sent within 3-6 weeks (via email). I never received it. Then, I was told it would be in June (via email), but that never happened. I emailed them again, and they won't give me a date of when it will be replaced.

How are they able to continue to sell their product to this day and not replace those that were bought nine months ago? I have had to purchase an alternative product and won't be compensated.
